Our team in Fujairah has had a busy year with over 10 drydockings carried out locally in the Port of Fujairah. Our work on the Fujairah and Khorfakkan anchorages also continues to be busy with steel, piping and engine works. We have increased our 2 stroke and 4-stroke overhaul teams to cope with the additional demands from our customers.
In August we successfully completed various afloat repairs onboard a bunker tanker as part of intermediate survey alongside in Khorfokkan Port. The extensive scope included Steel repairs, Piping repairs, renewal of heating coils. Also overhaul of Valves, Various pumps, Ballast pumps and other various repairs. The project was well executed amidst the constraint of a very tight schedule. Excellent cooperation between the owners, our repair teams combined with daily progress updates to keep everyone informed ensured smooth completion of the repairs, on time delivery and a happy customer.
